Synopsis
Doctor Zhao, seemingly gone insane, declares himself the 'universe's doctor' and reveals his plan to spread a mutation-inducing pollution through the city's water pipes. He believes humanity is a cancer and must be eradicated. He traps the protagonist by cutting off their escape route and aims to use them for his experiment while revealing his true intentions were not to kill him, but to secure his access to the water supply and complete his experiment of city-wide mutation by releasing a Calamity Beast blood into water supply.
